ABOUT

Minestead is a survival multiplayer server on hard difficulty. There aren't any pay-to-win ranks, land claims, or teleporting.

Join a town to play with others or venture into the wild to build on your own. There's just a few tweaks to make vanilla more fun for multiplayer:

• Instead of teleporting, use a compass to view and share your lodestones with others.
• Speed up your building by choosing a painting or stripping logs in the stonecutter.
• Mobs can drop their heads and you can craft mini blocks in the stonecutter.
• Make your base and farms more peaceful by using a "silence" name tag on mobs.
• End raiding is less stressful since all shulkers drop two shells when they die.

Fewer mods and plugins means Minestead can update faster, giving our community the latest biomes, mobs, and blocks before other servers.

RULES

• 1. You must be 16 years or older to play.
• 2. Everyone belongs here. Be kind: No hate, harassment, discrimination, slurs, or bullying ever! Keep it light, no heavy debate topics like politics or religion.
• 3. No griefing or stealing. You may harvest and replant crops unless posted, but do not take items from containers. Do not use xray or other unfair advantages.
• 4. TNT duping is allowed, but no other dupes including rails, carpets, sand, and gravel. Redstone and chunk loaders should be used sparingly and be lag friendly.
• 5. PVP is enabled but you must ask before fighting and trapping.
• 6. Keep chat clean. No spamming, excessive caps, or advertising other servers.
